With the introduction of portable “i” devices it has been established that Adobe products (.pdf documents) cannot be run within the browsers on Apple products.

Because the web site www.sa-trackandsignal.net requires to operate within a browser to enable the copious diagram interlinking that is a feature of that site, the product does not operate on i-phones and i-pads in particular.

To provide users of these devices with a ‘work-around’ product a new service has been established based on ‘cloud’ storage of each significant line as a multipage .pdf available for purchase and downloading.

Upon payment of a once only fee, a link is provided for the particular line which enables the user to download the file and run it as a simple .pdf.

Each line file has an index at .pdf page 2 to enable simple navigation of the pdf file.

For i-pad users the .pdf presentation shows a miniature icon of all of the pages, across the bottom of the screen. Moving a finger along this row of miniature images indicates the page numbers for ease of selection.

The store will be updated in line with the information on the web site – that is, current to the best information available.

Users may download the file as often as desired to maintain currency of information without further charge.

The status of revisions may be checked by either:

· The date of the file in the “cloud” store

· Detailed changes in the Change Logs on the web
